Becoming a Member

To join us, simply download the application form and send it, along with a cheque or cash for the membership fee, to the address on the bottom of the form or alternatively bring along to one of our club sessions. To make sure the club is right for you we allow and recommend all new comers to attend all club sessions for one week free of charge to try the things we do. To arrange this, or for more information on any of the sessions we run, contact us via info@charnwoodtriathlon.co.uk

Session Fees

We currently charge for coached swim sessions to cover our costs for pool hire, lifeguarding and coaching whilst aiming to keep costs as low as possible and comparable with a Leisure Centre uncoached swim.  Payment must be made either monthly by standing order or by cheque for each session.

Membership Package Benefits

In addition the the benefits of up to seven sessions per week (four coached), training in a group and reduced BTF membership, we have been working with local businesses to bring you further benefits to help make training for and completing in Triathlon easier.

Membership Costs

The costs of joining are as follows:

Full/Race Membership - £30 per year
Concessions – (OAP’s, Students, Associate* members) - £20 per year
Juniors (under 16s) - £20 per year
We also offer discounts for family memberships which are detailed on the membership form.

Members may be asked to provide proof of status for any concessionary membership rates.

* Associate membership is only available to triathletes with an existing full/race membership with another BTF registered club.  This is the equivalent to a running club "second call" membership.
